Refund Policy

Active Projects

If you wish to discontinue our services while your project is still active, we will refund the balance of your order on a pro-rata basis. The amount for the work already delivered will be retained, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Change Of Mind

Rank1Pro does not provide refunds for change of mind after the payment. Once services are rendered or agreements are made, all sales are final. We are committed to delivering exceptional results and value for every client.

Projects 90 Days Old or More

Any projectโ€”whether active, on hold, in progress, or already completedโ€”will not be eligible for a partial or full refund if the payment for that project was made 90 days ago or more.

Prepaid Plans

Our prepaid plans are billed in advance on a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis and we offer refunds on a pro-rata basis in case of early cancellation.

If you decide to cancel your prepaid plan early, you are eligible for a prorated refund calculated based on the original (non-discounted) rate of the services used. This means that even if you received a discount for paying upfront, your refund will be calculated as if you were charged the standard rate for the services you used.

Here is an example of how this policy works:

Let’s say you purchase a 12-month SEO marketing plan worth $1,000 per month or $12,000 annually. You receive a 33% discount for paying upfront, bringing your total to $8,040. After 6 months, you decide to cancel the plan.

The cost of the services used will be calculated at the original rate of $1,000 per month, totaling $6,000 (1,000 x 6). This amount will be subtracted from the amount you paid upfront, leaving a credit of $2,040 ($8,040 – $6,000).

The refund for each of the remaining 6 months will therefore be $510 ($2,040 / 4). So, if you cancel your 12-month plan after 8 months, you will be refunded a total of $2,040.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after initiation from the finance department within 3-5 working days.

Clients must contact Rank1Pro and initiate the money-back guarantee process within 60 days from the date of project completion. Requests received after 60 days will not be entertained.

Recurring Payment Policy

Unless quoted in writing, all Internet Marketing Services by Rank1Pro will be charged on a monthly and/or prepaid time recurring basis. This includes services such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay Per Click Advertising (PPC), Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Reputation and Brand Management, and other similar Digital Marketing services. Depending on the length, complexity, and duration of a project, certain Web Design and Development projects may also be charged on a recurring monthly payment basis.

Client Feedback And Approval

Prompt client feedback and approval are required for all projects undertaken by Rank1Pro unless auto-approval is provided by the client in writing. If no client feedback is received for 30 days or by the project completion date (whichever comes first), Rank1Pro will reserve the right to keep the cost of the project as we pre-allocate all resources for the project’s entirety. Clients will not be eligible for a full refund; however, a partial refund is possible upon mutual agreement.

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Disclaimers And Limitations On Liability

Client Websites

Rank1Pro will not be liable or responsible for any damages of any kind to the client, their website(s), or any other entity. Clients who are dissatisfied with the service can request a refund and discontinue using the site. We will not be responsible for any accidental loss or release of client data or for any penalties, the client website may incur from search engines. Rank1Pro only utilizes white-hat SEO strategies in accordance with Google Guidelines. Any action we take, we do so only after informing the client and seeking their approval beforehand.

Changes To Client Website (General)

We advise all clients to routinely back up their website in case of any data loss. Rank1Pro will not be liable for any loss of data or website issues. We recommend clients never make any changes to their website without informing us first beforehand.

Changes To Website META Tags

Changing the website template, design, or META tags can impact rankings, and traffic. We strongly advise and recommend that clients never change any META details or content on a landing page or website without informing us beforehand. Rank1Pro will not be responsible for any rankings, or traffic loss as a result of any changes to META, content, design, or theme change from any party.

Search Engine Penalties

Rank1Pro will not be liable in any way if a client’s website is penalized by search engines for any reason. Rank1Pro practices white-hat SEO in full accordance with Google Guidelines and we always seek approval from the client before making changes to their website. Should search engines penalize the site for any reason, Rank1Pro will not be held liable or accountable.

Web Development Policy

We only do development work at the clientโ€™s request. Rank1Pro will not be held liable or responsible for any damage to the website, loss or theft of data, or damage to any other online and/or offline property. Clients are encouraged to provide us with user-level access instead of administrative access wherever possible. We also recommend that clients change any login details they provide us after we have successfully concluded the assigned task. We highly recommend that clients keep a backup of their website on a secure server. If the website disappears from the Google Index or is completely erased accidentally, Rank1Pro will not be held liable or accountable.

SEO Work

Rank1Pro shall not be responsible if search engines start discounting links from their index for any reason. Neither will Rank1Pro be liable for any rankings or traffic loss due to search engine updates or strategy changes from either end. Any delays or performance issues arising from client hosting, ISP provider, delays from the clientโ€™s end, or circumstances beyond our control will not be the responsibility of Rank1Pro. By using the website, you hereby waive any claim against Rank1Pro arising out of any type of loss, theft, malfunction, or disruption to the client’s website or any properties attached or associated with it.

Google My Business Setup & Recovery

Service Eligibility

The “GMB Profile Setup” is only applicable to new GMB/GBP accounts. Clients whose Google Business Profile has already been set up will not be eligible for this package.

Documents Required

Clients availing Rank1Proโ€™s Google My Business (GMB) service must provide valid identification and necessary business documentation (to Google) for verification purposes. This may include but is not limited to business licenses, identification proofs, and relevant certificates.

Without the aforementioned documents, Google might delay the clientsโ€™ profile setup for which Rank1Pro is not liable.

Verification Video Calls

As part of the GMB verification process, clients may be required to participate in video calls with Google to confirm their identity and ownership of the business associated with the GMB listing. These video calls are conducted for security and authentication purposes.

As such, the Client agrees to take these verification calls independently from Google. Without Clientsโ€™ participation in these calls, the profile setup process will be delayed for which Rank1Pro will not be liable.

GMB Profile Setup

With the GMB profile setup package, clients are entitled to 30 days of support following the setup and optimization of their GMB listing. This support includes assistance with any technical issues, optimization queries, or general inquiries related to the GMB service provided.

This is usually a charged service that Rank1Pro provides Free of cost. As such, for any issues arising after 30 days, Rank1Pro will not entertain any support queries before signing a new support agreement with the Client.

Please Note: In case of any violations (arising from the client’s end) in Google’s recommended guidelines and policies pertaining to GMB/GBP, the “30-day support” clause will cease to be valid. Google’s detailed policies regarding GMB/GBP may be found here.

Steps Client Has to Take in Case of Suspension

In the event of GMB listing suspension, clients are required to follow the outlined steps provided by our support team to address the issue promptly. This may involve providing additional documentation to Google, rectifying policy violations, or appealing to Google about the suspension decision.

In case the Client fails to take these steps, Rank1Pro will not be liable for any delays or losses that occur in your GMB profile reinstatement process.

Arbitration

In case of any dispute, both parties agree that they will try to resolve the matter amicably between themselves. The client may send any type of complaint at any stage of the project to info@rank1pro.com and the management team will promptly reply to the client.ย 

Image Policy

We only use streaming images for client projects unless the client is willing to pay for exclusive rights for a particular picture. Rank1Pro only utilizes legally usable steaming images for clients. We never use images that have copyright protection or without authorization.

Changes To Our Terms And Conditions Page

Should Rank1Pro decide to amend, update, or change its Terms and Conditions page, we will do so accordingly by making the necessary changes on this page. Users are encouraged to visit this page regularly to stay updated on the latest Rank1Pro policies. Rank1Pro is not obligated to inform clients regarding changes to their Terms and Conditions or Privacy Page.

Users can monitor our progress and see how Rank1Pro is working on their website on a daily basis. All information is displayed in real-time. This access is created based on the information provided by the user at the time of registration. This information is not shared or sold.

Rank1Pro Images Policy

All images on the Rank1Pro website are Rank1Pro property and shall not be used in any way, form, or fashion without first seeking written approval and verbal authorization from Rank1Pro.
